The Cervantes Institute and the Panamanian government signed the agreement to hold the Congress form October 20 – 23, 2013, in Panama City.

The Spanish author and professor won with his work “Nuestra mente maravillosa” (Our wonderful mind). The prize is sponsored by Temas de Hoy publishing house.
