A study co-authored by a Michigan State University scholar concluded that bilingual education programs have a substantial spillover effect on the students they’re not designed for.

Using her Guide, librarians can determine whom to visit, well in advance of the Fair’s opening day.

The publisher will donate one million books in English and Spanish to “Reach Out and Read,” a nonprofit that gives free books to children living in poverty.
