Synopsis
Claudio is an old man who, since the death of his wife, lives in his daughter’s house along with her son and a maid. The only incentive left in his life that urges him to get out of bed in the morning is the friendship that has formed over the internet with a much younger woman. Rosa Marie is a thirty-six year old Brazilian woman whom he has fallen in love with and wants to marry. However, what poor Claudio doesn’t know is that he is a victim of a network of scam artists that operate illegally in a private room of a grungy bar in the city. His family members become suspicious and search to unfold the truth.
Claudio es un anciano que, tras la muerte de su esposa, vive en casa de su hija junto a ella, su yerno y Ana, una oronda mujer que se encarga de las labores domésticas y a la que trata con desdén. El único aliciente que le queda en la vida, y que le hace despertarse con ilusión cada mañana, es la relación de amistad que ha entablado a través de Internet con unas mujeres más jóvenes que él. En especial con Rosa María, una brasilera de treinta y seis años de la que se ha enamorado y con la que se quiere casar. Sin embargo, lo que no sabe el pobre Claudio es que está siendo víctima de una red de estafadores que opera al margen de la ley en el cuarto privado de un truculento bar de la ciudad. Sus familiares, que empiezan a sospechar, tratarán de averiguar la verdad.
