Born in Bilbao in 1969, Javier Díez Carmona is an author that has cultivated the young adult and adult fiction.
He has a major in Economics, although his passion for writing has given him a career in the field of literature. Díez Carmona’s stories, besides appearing in numerous anthologies, have been awarded in more than one hundred literary contests. In the young adult novels, he has published stories inspired by the history and mythology of the Basque country.
Díez Carmona began his career in adult novels with ‘Correr a ciegas,’ followed by others such as ‘Justicia,’ a thriller set in his native Bilbao, which began a trilogy that also includes ‘Solas’ and ‘Venganza.’
