Jorge Bucay

Argentine writer and therapist, Jorge Bucay is known for his self-help and self-improvement books, which have made him one of the best-selling authors in Spain and Latin America.

A graduate in medicine from Buenos Aires, Bucay is a regular contributor to newspapers, magazines, and television. Described in his own words as a professional helper, he combines the preparation of his books with courses, seminars, and his work as a therapist.

Among his most notable works are Cartas para Claudia, Déjame que te cuente, and El candidato, as well as the so-called "Hojas de rutas," such as El camino de las lágrimas or El camino de la felicidad. Translated into more than fifteen languages, the success of his books has placed him on a par with authors such as Paulo Coelho.
