Spanish author Jerónimo Tristante (Murcia, 1969) took a position as a secondary school teacher after completing his biology studies at the University of Murcia.
In his literary career, Tristante has poured his passion for history into his novels of intrigue, action, and adventure, set both in the 19th century and in Spain's recent past.
Tristante is especially known for his novels featuring police inspector Víctor Ros, set in the late 19th century and widely acclaimed by critics and audiences. His books were adapted for television and premiered on Spanish National Television (TVE) in 2015.
Tristante's work has been translated into several languages, including Italian, French, Portuguese, and Polish.
