Spanish philologist, novelist, and poet, Bibiana Collado Cabrera was born in Burriana, Castellón de la Plana, in 1985.
She graduated in Hispanic Philology and earned a doctorate in Latin American Literature. In addition to writing, she teaches language and literature.
The author began her literary journey in poetry, where she has published titles such as Como si nunca antes (Arcipreste de Hita Prize 2012), El recelo del agua (second prize for the Adonáis Prize 2016), and Violencia. In 2023, her first novel, Yeguas exhaustas, was published, in which she narrates the transition from the 20th to the 21st century in Spain through her own experience.
