A philologist, musician, and writer, Pedro Feijoo holds a degree in Galician Philology from the University of Santiago de Compostela and has developed a notable career as a composer and producer.
Feijoo publishes his works in Galician and throughout his career has become a true literary phenomenon there, where his work is acclaimed by both the public and critics.
With his first novel, Los hijos del mar, Feijoo was a finalist for the Xerais Novel Prize in 2011. Thanks to its success in his home region, the novel was translated into Spanish in 2013. That same year, La memoria de la lluvia, a novel centered around Rosalía de Castro, was published, and four years later, Los hijos del fuego, the second part of his literary debut, was published.
