Spanish author Julia Navarro developed a notable career in journalism before becoming one of the best-known authors on the Spanish literary scene.
Specializing in political analysis, she worked for over 35 years for media outlets such as Cadena SER, COPE, and Europa Press, among other important radio, written press, and television channels. Her first essay books date from this period, analyzing the Spanish Transition and current political events of the 1990s.
Navarro made her leap into literature in 2004 with the publication of La hermandad de la Sábana Sacra, a historical novel full of intrigue and engaging characters that was a resounding success, being translated and published throughout most of Europe.
