Lluís Farré graduated in Fine Arts with a design specialty from the University of Barcelona. His professional beginnings in illustration started in the scientific field and subsequently dedicated himself to children’s illustration. In 1995 he received the Lazarillo de Ilustración prize for Una casa com un cabás.
