La lluvia amarilla is the story of the death of a town in the province of Huesca in the Pyrenees as told by the last of its inhabitants, Andrés de Casa Sosas, a sick and lonely old man who during the last day of his life sees, in a kind of hallucination, some of the characters of the village which has witnessed his birth and now his death.
