The president of the UNE, Ana Isabel González participates this afternoon along with other university editors and researchers in the round table "Cartography of the Ibero-American Academic Edition", which can be followed at 3:30 p.m. (Spanish time) in the virtual edition of Liber, which started this morning. Along with the representative of the Spanish university publishers will be Andrés Ossa, director of CERLAC, Elea Giménez (ILIA Group of the CSIC), Sayri Karp (Editorial Universidad de Guadalajara, Mexico), Juan Felipe Córdoba (Editorial Universidad del Rosario, Colombia), Alejandro Dujovne (National Council for Scientific and Technical Research, Argentina), Esteban Giraldo, Universidad Santo Tomá and José Diego González (CERLAC, Colombia).
 
Ibero-American university publishers have been working in recent years to configure a common strategy to strengthen the academic book in Spanish. The need for data that provides detailed information about the sector is one of the key pieces in this task.
