ARS's Días de Cine program comes to an end

After several successful months, Días de Cine Reading Club is ending this week. The program, sponsored by America Reads Spanish, promoted literature in Spanish in U.S. libraries and universities. The original and entertaining format closes this cycle with the movie “Adosados”, featured until July 7th.

The film, based on Félix Bayón's novel, is directed by Mario Camus, and stars Antonio Valero, Ana Duato, Rebeca Sabugo.

A young accountant lives a quiet, uneventful life in a residential block comprised of identical row houses. However, a totally casual event, the visit of the local veterinarian with his dog, unleashes a series of lies from which the accountant uncovers the hidden side of his everyday life, starting with the real meaning of his wife’s silence.
