The Seville Book Fair will be held from October 24 to November 3 in the Murillo Gardens of the Andalusian capital, in a new edition that will be directed by Rafael Jurado and will have the City Council of Seville as co-organizer of the event.
These are the main events confirmed yesterday in an assembly of the Seville Book Fair Association (AFLS) and which represent an important step to consolidate this event as a cultural reference throughout the country, with institutional support and the representation of the book industry.
The appointment of Rafael Jurado is the result of a selection process opened on November 28, with four candidates. The proposal of this cultural manager, who has already directed the event from 2021 to 2023, was the best valued, highlighting an attractive project based on his experience and the successes of previous editions, along with a coherent and viable budget.
