Great success of the first edition of Audio Day PARIX

Yesterday, the Fundación Germán Sánchez Ruipérez (FGSR) held the first edition of Audio Day PARIX 2024, a pioneering international meeting for professionals in the audio industry in Spanish.

During the session, Audio Day PARIX addressed the latest global trends in the audio-entertainment industry, the habits of audiobook listeners, the rise of listening devices for children's content, as well as the profile of the Latino listener in the U.S. Hispanic market and the keys to audio content marketing.

More than 250 attendees ?which is the full capacity of the venue? from more than 10 countries, attended the first professional meeting of the Spanish-language audio industry. The entire value chain of the audio industry came together for the first time in the same professional meeting: 47% of the attendees were professionals from the book world; 35% were producers of all types of audio formats (audiobooks, podcasts, sound fiction, etc.); 10% were representatives of streaming and distribution platforms; the remaining 5% were professionals of children's content in audio format; and 5% were students of the PARIX School, the new generation of talent in the book world.
