Interview with José Ignacio García

José Ignacio García (San Sebastián, 1965). Writer, editor, anthologist, literary critic, radio collaborator and cultural manager.

He is the author of the novel “Mi vida, a tu nombre” and of the story books “Me cuesta tanto decir te quiero,” “Vidas insatisfechas,” “Entre el porvenir y la nada” (Miguel Delibes Prize for Narrative, 2009), “La sonrisa del náufrago,” “El secreto de su nombre,” El cuento que quisiera escribir contigo, “Algunas historias no sirven para escribir canciones de amor,” and “La memoria de los crisantemos.”

In 2023, “26 soldaditos de plomo,” was released, a selection of literary reviews published over the last years in the newspapers ABC and La Nueva Crónica de León.
