Madrid. 02/08/2024. On February 2, the editor Erich Ruiz Albrecht, died. He was the first president of our entity, a position he held with notable dedication from 1988 to 1990.
In addition to his relevant role in CEDRO, Ruiz was also the first president of the Asociación de Editores de Madrid (Editors Association of Madrid) and played a fundamental role as co-founder of the Federation of Editors' Guilds of Spain.
The Board of Directors of CEDRO expresses its deep regret for the loss of Ruiz Albrecht and highlights his contribution to the growth of our entity. His leadership during his presidency laid the foundations for the development of CEDRO's management, both nationally and internationally.
