As part of the series “Creative Writing in Spanish Events” at the New York University's King Juan Carlos Center, on Thursday, February 21 the Spanish author will be hosting “El cuento y la mirada”, a reflection on the diversity and shared characteristics of narrative strategies in literature, visual arts and popular culture.

The event will be at the Center, at 7 p.m. followed by a reception. Later in the week, on Friday, Feb. 22 at 9 a.m., the Center is also hosting the symposium “Interdisciplinary Encounter on Historical Memory and Political Violence in Peru.”
