Carlos G. Reigosa is one of the most important Galician journalists and writers. He holds a degree in Media Studies and Political Science. He began his journalistic career at La Voz de Galicia. He was editor of the EFE agency from 1974, where he served as director of information (1990-1997) and director of publications (1997-2004). He has authored numerous articles on literary and theatrical criticism and international politics, published in both Spanish and American newspapers and magazines.

Considered the father of the Galician crime novel, he has sold more than 130,000 copies of “Crimen en Compostela”. With HarperCollins Ibérica, he has published “La venganza del difunto” and “La victoria del perdedor”.
