This is what happens to Daniel, a translator from Madrid who has just traveled to Berlin to investigate a strange book whose origins date back to 1980s Germany, when the Stasi monitored everything, even the circles of young poets.
After arriving in Germany, he meets Hans, a peculiar editor, and his mysterious daughter Sarah. Together with them, the secrets that surrounded a group of writing students in East Berlin begin to emerge. Little by little, Daniel finds himself caught in what appears to be a trap and will have to decipher codes from the past to unravel the present.
