This book, despite being classified as literature for juveniles, can be perfectly enjoyed by adults as well. Although putatively a work of fiction, it is narrated in such a convincing manner that reader begins to doubt if what he or she is reading is real or science fiction. I would classify it as a classic of Hispanic American contemporary science fiction for youngsters.
