The now traditional Tiempo de Literatura International Writers' Meeting reaches its fourteenth edition this year, coordinated by writers Elma Correa and Antonio León, ..
to be held from Thursday, October 23 to Saturday, October 25, in Mexicali.
Organized with the support of the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC), through the Coordination of Cultural Outreach and Science Dissemination directed by Vanessa Verdugo González, Tiempo de Literatura will feature book presentations, readings, workshops, discussions, and roundtable meetings, with the participation of more than 50 authors from Baja California, Mexico, and other parts of the world.
The organizers of Tiempo de Literatura 2025 announced that the first day of the event will include the presentation of the collection ‘Habitaciones Propias,’ by Nitro/Press, with the presence of narrators Fátima Villalta and Samanta Galán. Poetry will be presented by Izhar León, Paty Blake, Flora Calderón, Ana Corvera, Estefanía Arista, and Sonia Gutiérrez, with cultural and science journalist Karen Rivera (Canal 22) closing the day with a talk about reading and TikTok.
According to the program released by the organizers, this year's participants include authors such as Minerva Reynosa, Paloma Chen, Brandon Som, Estefanía Arista, Izhar León, David A. Romero, etc.
