'Le dedico mi silencio,' the new work of the Nobel Prize for Literature, published by Alfaguara, will hit bookstores simultaneously in all Spanish-speaking territories on October 26.

“Le dedico mi silencio,” is set in Mario Vargas Llosa’s native Peru, "narrating a story of a man who dreamed of a country united by music, who went crazy wanting to write the perfect book that would tell it." As reported by the publishing label, Penguin Random House.

Fiction and essay are intermingled in a work in which the author returns to utopia, a theme he has been obsessed with for years. This time it is a cultural utopia with Peruvian music as the common thread.
