Liebana Goñi, illustrator, was born in 1986 in Pamplona. She is one of the winners of the young Adult Novel and Illustrated Album contest of the VI Tres Cantos International Children and Young Adult Literature Festival.

This literary contest is organized by the Tres Cantos City Council and the Serendipias Bookstore, which will be held at the beginning of February at the Lope de Vega Library in Madrid.

Congratulations on your award, how does it feel to receive the prize for the illustrated album of the Tres Cantos International Youth and Literature Festival?

“What can I say? I am very happy and grateful for having received this award. I still find it hard to believe. I would like to thank the jury for selecting my work, and especially Elena Martínez for organizing this festival. A wonderful initiative that emerged from infinite love for the world of letters. And I don't want to forget Eva Clemente, director of Editorial Emonautas publishing hourse, for the care and affection with which she is dealing with the entire process of publishing the book.”
