Inside the publisher: Aristas Martínez

Founded in 2010, Aristas Martínez is a publishing house for both readers and booksellers, for lovers of paper and its flexibility, a content factory where new methods coexist with craftsmanship.

Aristas Martínez is a frontier publishing house: publishing books in all genres, exploring the border between fiction and non-fiction? Drawing on irregular editorial lines; posing challenges to their authors in projects that are difficult to classify. In the same way, it is a peripheral publishing house, insofar as its headquarters are decentralized and exist outside the hustle and bustle.

This search for unique books tries to combine original content with an aesthetic capable of transmitting and being transparent. Their involvement from the edges helps them to keep their distance, to live in places with little cultural pollution and to approach literature in a normal fashion.

Today we interview Cisco Bellabestia and Sara Herculano, founders of Aristas Martínez.
