” The Madrid-based writer Rosa Huertas has won the 14th Anaya Award for Children’s and Youth Literature with La sonrisa de los peces de piedra (The Smiles of the Stone Fish), which will be published in April.”

Rosa Huertas holds a PHD degree on Information Sciences from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and a Bachelor's Degree in Hispanic Philology from the University of Murcia. She is currently a Professor of Language and Literature at IES Europe de Rivas and at the Don Bosco Center for Advanced Studies at the Universidad Complutense.
