The New York Times is diving into mobile Spanish-language publishing with the launch of its new NYT en Español edition of its news app. The app gives visitors access to all the content published on the newspaper’s Spanish-language Web site, .......

The New York Times en Español, including original journalism as well as translated versions of a number of relevant articles from the NYT’s English-language site.

Content available on NYT en Español spans “crónicas” or narrative journalism, investigative journalism, opinion pieces and reviews, across a range of formats, including text, photo galleries and video. None of the content accessible on the NYT en Español app counts toward the monthly limit of 10 free articles per month from the flagship site or app.

That means visitors can consume as much Spanish-language content as they like. (The newspaper’s Spanish-language Web site also has unlimited access.).
