Spain can show off on the success of Blacksad, a half-cat half-human superhero who lacks special powers. This sci-fi story has sold over one and a half million copies in France and 120,000 in Spain.

Created back in 2000, the series is a five-volume graphic novel drawn by Juanjo Guarnido (Granada) and it has become an icon within the American pop-culture.
