Books make it back to the trees.

City in Spain rescues old and fallen threes to transform them into public libraries.

Pedestrians in Terrassa, Spain were surprised as they walked through the city and found logs on the streets used as bookshelves for public library usage. The project known as “Arllibre” offers books for exchange at 12 different locations, as a way to return a natural resource to its origins.

This is not only a creative way to promote literacy but it is also a great environment preservation effort.
