Spanish language is the sum of all the different ways of speaking it.

What is the best way to learn about all the different variations of Spanish language? A Universal Spanish Dictionary is in the works developed by more than 26 universities in 20 different countries since 1997.  This project is coordinated by Mexican linguistic professional Raul Avila whose goal is to compile every general word in Spanish, as well as common lingo from different countries.
