Promotores is a home visitation program that El Sol Neighborhood Education Center in Riverside County in California offers to promote early learning and to help increase children’s social, emotional and language development.

“The program is free to any family, regardless of income, with children from ages 16 months to 5 years, to promote early learning and to help increase children’s social, emotional and language development.
