Today, Monday October 21 at 8 p.m. Montaner will present her book “Se alquila Casa Blanca” (White House for rent), a collection of stories about the White House; their special tenants; the history of the building; and the personal experiences she had from her job as a US correspondent in the last seven years. The event will take care in Books and Books in Coral Gables and the admission is free.

“The book will try to connect you with the daily live at the White House and to describe the personality of some of the distinguished guest who have lived there,” says Montaner. “You could also learn some of the secrets about this iconic building. Many of the stories are based in my personal experiences.”
