Penguin Random House is looking for an assistant editor to join its Children and Young Adult Literature Division in Spanish in the United States.

Reporting to the Literary Director, the ideal candidate must be bilingual (Spanish and English) and have a solid background in education, with teaching experience in US elementary and secondary schools.

The salary for this position is $56,000. All positions are eligible for an annual bonus or award, subject to company performance. This is a hybrid position with office responsibilities, based in Miami, Florida. Candidates who can work from a location within commuting distance of the office will be considered.
