Historical novel: the Letrahistórica 2025 Festival pays tribute to the role of women in history and literature.

Granada became an essential meeting point for lovers of history, literature, and the performing arts between September 22 and 28.

Under the appealing slogan 'They make history,”'the Letrahistórica Festival 2025, directed by Carolina Molina, kicked off its program. This phrase not only encapsulated the essence of the event but also paid tribute to the role of women in the creation of historical and cultural narratives.

For seven days, the city offered a wide range of activities that invited visitors to explore its history from a fresh perspective. Attendees had the opportunity to enjoy guided tours of Granada's historical sites, as well as a varied program that included theater, documentary screenings, historical fencing exhibitions, conferences, round tables, and discussions with writers.
