The Palau de la Música in Valencia will host the 27th Bookstore Congress, which will be held from February 5 to 7, 2026.

This new edition, organized by CEGAL with the support of the Ministry of Culture, has “human intelligence” as its theme and aims to highlight the role of bookstores as an essential human factor in the book sector, a task based on human contact, conversation, personalized recommendations, and one-on-one interaction with customers, distributors, publishers, and authors.

The Congress program will include presentations, workshops, and training sessions throughout Thursday and Friday. The Congress will begin on the morning of February 5 and end on the morning of Saturday, February 7, with a cultural tour of the city.
