The 2025 Publishers' Fair kicks off in Buenos Aires, with 330 publishers from Latin America and Spain.

The 2025 Publishers' Fair (FED) opened its doors on Thursday in Buenos Aires with more than 330 publishers from Argentina, Latin America, and Spain, and an ambitious program of activities,

awards, and meetings, making it one of the most important independent book events in the region.

In its 14th edition, the FED will host authors, publishers, readers, and booksellers for four days and will feature presentations of books on fiction, poetry, essays, social sciences, music, design, and video games, among others.

“Last year, we had around 24,600 visitors and sold more than 90,000 books,” one of the event's organizers, Víctor Malumián, told EFE, adding that he expects sales to grow this year after a 30% drop between 2023 and 2024.
