A historical thriller that takes us to the past of 100 years ago with a perspective between nostalgia and darkness.
‘Me olvidé del cielo’ is the latest work by Barcelona-based writer Pere Cervantes, following successes such as ‘El chico de las bobinas’ and ‘La espía de cristal.’ Set in the 1920s, this novel combines noir with historical fiction, serving as a vehicle for a vivid portrayal of both the city of Barcelona and the turbulent social movements of the time.
The common thread is three main characters with their own unique stories who share the limelight with other supporting characters who are no less important. Together, they weave a plot full of substance, intrigue, and drama.
