The CEA-APQ seal of Quality in Academic Publishing has recognized the editorial and scientific quality of eleven collections in the 2025 call for entries,
after having passed the requirements that this distinction demands in terms of information quality, editorial policy, editorial processes and reputation and prestige. Three have also obtained special mentions of internationality, which means the presence of foreign authors in them.
These eleven collections, seven of which have obtained the award for the first time and four who are renewing it, have had their scientific and editorial quality recognized for the next five years, in addition to the period evaluated.
After this ninth call, seventy-five collections now have the seal, which confirms the consolidation of good practices and the commitment of Spanish university publishers to the standards set by this system of validation of the editorial quality of scientific collections.
The seven collections that have obtained the CEA-APQ seal for the first time are:
- Migraciones y Relaciones Interculturales (Editorial de la Universidad de Almería)
- Arqueologías (Editorial de la Universidad de Jaén)
- Dirección e ingeniería de proyectos (Editorial de la Universidad de Cádiz)
- Bibliófilos de la Amistad (Editorial Almuzara)
- Historia de las dinámicas sociales, culturales y políticas (Editorial Almuzara)
- EIRENE (Editorial Universidad de Granada)
- Estudios Árabes (Editorial Universidad de Granada)
