It has been three years since the publishing house Col & Col, which specializes in essays and books with gastronomic content, published the selection 'Escribir gastronomía.
La major escritura gastronómica de 2024 en Español,' a compilation of excellence. On this occasion, the editors have been Jorge Guitián and Lakshmi Aguirre, who at the same time, are also regulars of the gastro content pages of different media.
There are 27 texts selected among 300 from different Latin American countries (12 are included), as well as Spain (with15), with the presence of major media, blogs and newsletters, without the category of the issuer, mass or minority, being relevant. One of the articles belongs to journalist and writer Pau Arenós, published in Cata Mayor, the gastronomic section of El Periódico and Prensa Ibérica, for which he is responsible.
