Within the framework of the celebration of HematoFesti (festival of children and humorous literature) and with the aim of promoting the philosophy of Hematocrítico,
which consisted in understanding life through generosity, empathy and humor, the organization of the festival and the publishing house Triqueta have announced the II Humor con H Award for Children's Illustrated Album; with a unique economic endowment of 5000 euros to the best project of children's illustrated album “of humor”.
Eligible to participate in this call are original and unpublished humorous works in any official language of the Spanish State in children's illustrated album format. Understanding that ‘unpublished’ refers to work which has not been published either in whole or in part by any medium.
The award is open to authors and illustrators of legal age with a maximum of one work. The deadline for submission of entries is October 1, 2025, and the jury's decision will be announced during the first half of November. To participate you must send your work to the following e-mail address:
