The publishers of Spanish universities and research centers will bring to the Madrid Book Fair 2025 the support of Spanish and Portuguese as languages of science,
a promotion that will be displayed in the nine booths that make up the Plaza de la Ciencia de las Universidades for the third consecutive year, where new publications from Spain, Mexico, Peru and Colombia will be exhibited and where close to ninety researchers will be present with the desire to bring science to the general public through the traditional labels.
This message, which aims to be a call to the international scientific community and public authorities after the signing of the Guadalajara Agreement by more than five hundred Ibero-American university publishers last November, will also run through the conferences that the UNE Publishers will hold on the 3rd at the 2nd Meeting of Ibero-American University and Scientific Publishing (Ibero-American Pavilion) and on the 5th and 6th at ‘Sin libros no hay Ciencia’ (Without books there is no science) (CaixaBank Pavilion).
