From June 3 to 6, 2025, the seventh edition of Leer Iberoamérica Lee will bring together writers, poets, artists and cultural negotiators at the Madrid Book Fair.

This meeting, whose central theme is “Puentes de la Literatura. Juventudes en tránsito” (Bridges of Literature. Youth in transit) seeks to explore the role of literature, ....

as a tool for connection and resistance to the challenges of migration and social changes that young people face today. Through a diverse and global program, this edition will be a unique space for intercultural dialogue, where reading is presented as a bridge between generations and territories

Leer Iberoamérica Lee 2025 will feature internationally renowned writers such as Mia Couto (FIL Award 2024, Mozambique), Gabriela Wiener (Peru), Edimilson de Almeida Pereira (Brazil) and Quya Reyna (Bolivia). Alongside them, young voices such as Tawane Theodoro (Brazil) and Áurea Xaydé Esquivel (Mexico) will contribute with their fresh perspectives on the future of literature.
