The Queen of Spain presided over the presentation of the SM El Barco de Vapor Award
for children's literature to Ledicia Costas for the book Feriópolis and the SM Gran Angular Award for young adult literature to Marina Aguirre for Hoy honoramos a los vivos (Today We Honor the Living), during a ceremony held at the Real Casa de Correos in Madrid.
During the gala for the forty-seventh edition of the SM Foundation's Awards, Queen Letizia was accompanied by the President of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso; the Minister of Youth and Infancy, Sira Rego; and José Manuel Cidad, President of SM, among other education and cultural authorities.
