Eleven years ago, Andrea Izquierdo - known as Andreo Rowling on social networks - embarked on the adventure of creating a community through her YouTube channel to share literary recommendations and talk about the publishing world.
As of today, her Instagram account reaches 84 thousand followers and more than 100 thousand on TikTok. The 30-year-old has already published 14 books and, as she told El Español de Aragón, she will add another one by the end of the year.
Her onset began on YouTube when she saw that others were sharing videos recommending books: “I loved the idea. I have always liked reading and I had no friends around me at that time with whom to comment on the readings,” Andrea explains. So, what started with the goal of meeting people and recommending books has become a large community that supports her and follows in her footsteps. Although as she herself acknowledges she did not start with any intention of looking up her followers.
