This library has been open since March, bears the name Pablo Rueda Arciniegas and the Colombian Ministry of Cultures, Arts and Knowledge officially inaugurated it this Saturday, April 12, with the presence of Minister Yannai Kadamani Fonrodona.

"I have seen that it has become a safe place for young people. I feel that it is a space of culture where anecdotes, experiences and knowledge are shared. Located on 13th Street and Carrera 13-A, next to the coliseum, the library is 210 square meters in size and has a computer area, reading area and children's area. Since its entry into operation last March, it offers digital literacy programs, cinema-forum, school supports, and literacy experiences aimed at children and young adults.
