If Tim is truly the narrator, and not a friend of the narrator. Or someone else, why not? After all, in Ray Loriga's latest novel, it has nothing to do with it, of course.

The epitaph of his protagonist becomes that of the novel itself. I know it sounds confusing, but, essentially, that's the flavor you get from reading it: a strange mix of intrigue and confusion.
