The Department of Education of the City Council of Santiago de Compostela and Kalandraka Editora announce the 18th International Compostela Prize for Picture Books, with a single prize of 9,000 euros.
The deadline for submitting entries is May 16th, 2025. The jury's decision will be announced during the last half of June.
Authors and illustrators of all nationalities are eligible for the 18th International Compostela Prize with original and unpublished works written in any official language of the Iberian Peninsula. Those interested in participating must submit five copies of the text, three original illustrations, and five color photocopies of each, along with a finished layout of the complete work.
