For the fourth consecutive year, the Gabo Foundation and the Madrid Book Fair are organizing the Journalism Book Workshop, directed by Martín Caparrós,
which will take place from June 9th to the 13th, 2025, within the framework of the Madrid Book Fair 2025.
The call for applications for what will be the tenth edition of the workshop will be open until April 10th and has eight places available. Those interested can register through the platform enabled for this purpose through this link.
During five days, eight Ibero-American journalists and writers will work on their projects guided by Martín Caparrós, an Argentine writer, chronicler and journalist, who is celebrating 50 years of journalistic career, 22 of them as a teacher of the Gabo Foundation.
Since 2014, Caparrós has guided 72 journalists and writers in writing their books, offering them a unique space for learning and dialogue. To date, more than 17 books that were worked on in the workshop have been published.
