On the anniversary of Gabriel García Márquez's birth, the Colombian Ministry of Culture, Arts and Knowledge, the National Library of Colombia and the Gabo Foundation,
in alliance with CAF -development bank of Latin America and the Caribbean- and the Harry Ransom Center, announced Everything is Known: The Story of Gabo's Creation, the most comprehensive exhibition on the life and work of the Nobel Prize winner from Aracataca.
Between April 23rd and August 2nd, 2025, national and international visitors will be able to explore, with free admission, an exhibition of nearly 450 documents at the National Library of Colombia in Bogotá, including manuscripts of stories, novels and articles, personal letters, drawings from childhood and adolescence, passports, books, magazines, newspapers, photos, videos, songs, costumes, posters, maps, paintings, typewriters, among others.
