Stories, thoughts and experiences that give women a leading role.

The United Nations website explains that International Days provide an opportunity to raise public awareness about issues such as human rights, sustainable development or health, and that they serve to draw the attention of the media to bring to the attention of the public an unresolved problem.

To celebrate this March 8th, at Estandarte we have chosen these books that, from very different perspectives and styles, with historical, costumbrist, biographical, utopian, dystopian, political views..., contribute to making visible the achievements and feats of women in very different fields - from literature, medicine, family, the countryside... - and to denounce discrimination.
